Thank you to all who auditioned! This looks to be a great season and we couldn’t do it without you. We are still trying to recruit adults and men especially for Jesus Christ Superstar. If you know of anyone (maybe a parent) have them call me at the theatre. Just a reminder, the first rehearsal for Seussical is Saturday May 24th in Fort Peck. You will receive a call that week about time and place.

Auditions May 4th and 5th
|
Glasgow auditions will in the Eastside School Music Room on May 4th at 2 pm and May 5th at 5 pm. Students from 3rd to 12th grade and adults are encouraged to audition. Please come prepared with a one minute monologue and one minute song.
These auditions are primarily to round out the casts with volunteer community members. Occasionally, an actor will be chosen from this audition to be a member of the professional company.

Pre-season tickets available for 2008
|
Buy your tickets for the entire season in advance and receive a discount. The 2008 season consists of 5 shows beginning May 23rd through August 31st.
Seniors (62 and over) save $15, adults save $10 and students receive a $5 benefit by purchasing season tickets by May 25th.
The price of a pre-season ticket is:
$65 for an Adult ticket, $60 for a Senior ticket and $45 for a Student ticket. Remember each pre-season ticket will consist of individual tickets for 5 shows.

Shows for Summer 2008
|
The 2008 season will open on May 23 with Smokey Joe's Cafe. Next will be Seussical the Musical from June 13 through June 29. Once Upon a Mattress will play from July 4 through the 20. Jesus Christ Superstar will follow from July 25 through August 10 and the final show of the season will be Rumors beginning August 15 through the 31. Each show will play for 3 weekends on Friday and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 4 pm. There will be an additional performance of Once Upon a Mattress at 3 pm on Saturday, July 5th.

Council meetings
|
The Fort Peck Fine Arts Council, Inc. meets on the 3rd Monday of every month with the exception of December and February. There is no meeting in December and the annual meeting is held in February at a time and place scheduled at the October meeting.
September through May (except Dec. and Feb.)the meetings are at the Oasis at 5:30 p.m. June through August the meetings are in Fort Peck at the Theatre at 5:30 p.m.

Important Time Change
|
The Fort Peck Summer Theatre will be offering a Sunday matinee at 4:00 p.m. instead of the 8:00 performance.
Friday and Saturday shows will be at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets
|
Ticket prices at the Box Office are $15 for adults and senior citizens, $10 for students (K to 12), and $5 for pre-school children.
Senior citizens (age 62) may attend the Friday evening performance for $10.
Tickets are available at the Theatre Box Office Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or one hour before show time. Tickets are also for sale, Monday through Friday, at the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce.
Reserved seats are available for an additional $5 by calling the box office at 406-526-9943, Tuesday through Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

New Sound System

The 2004 season marked an incredible new addition to the Fort Peck Theatre. A state-of-the-art sound system has been installed to make your evening at the theatre truly enjoyable.
The system is a $63,000 investment for the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council and was funded primarily by our "Seat for Life" program.
