VOLUNTEER

Fort Peck Fine Arts Council would love your help at the Fort Peck Summer Theatre Productions.

We would not be successful without our generous community volunteers! 

 

Every show, has an opportunity to lend a hand, and be rewarded with a complimentary seat for the show, or a voucher for a different performance.

Read about what each task entails, and choose your date, as easy as 1-2-3!

GIFT SHOP
Assist customers with checking out hearing devices and with their purchases which include FPST merchandise and Concession Punch Cards via cash, checks, & credit cards.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIMES. Check in with House Manager in Box Office when you arrive.

 

LOBBY
ATTENDANT

Positioned in the main lobby next to seating chart. Sells programs and assists patrons with questions and concerns.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIMES. Check in with House Manager in Box Office when you arrive.

 

TICKET
CHECKER

2 or 4 people will work at the lobby curtains to check the dates and show name on patron's tickets.
PLEASE ARRIVE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIMES. Check in with House Manager at Box Office when you arrive.

 

          CONCESSIONS
                   (ages 14 & up)
4 to 8 people are needed for concessions, before the show & at intermission. Cleaning & restocking will be done after intermission by "Concessions Lead". Please check with House Manager in Box Office when you arrive.

You will receive a Ticket Voucher for a future show, as well.
"CONCESSIONS LEAD" ARRIVES 1.5 HOURS PRIOR TO SHOWTIME.
ALL OTHER CONCESSIONS WORKERS ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIME

USHERS
2 to 4 people are needed to assist patrons in finding their reserved seats. Any discrepancies in with the seating, contact House Manager in Box Office.
PLEASE ARRIVE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIMES. Check in with House Manager in Box Office when you arrive.

 

WILL CALL
One person to assist Will Call patrons and hand over their tickets.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIMES. Check in with House Manager in Box Office when you arrive.

 

Gift Shop

GIFT SHOP

1 person is needed to open the Gift Shop and assist patrons with merchandise before show and during intermission. Check in with House Manager at Box Office.

Lobby Attendant

LOBBY ATTENDANT

1 person to stand near stairs in lobby, to assist patrons with general questions and guide to lower level restrooms. 

This person will also sell programs.

This task is required before the show and at intermission.  Also, make sure supplies are available in restrooms as needed. Check in with House Manager at Box Office.
